Here’s how your experience flows:
We work in six week cycles throughout the year (with a break for summer to make it as accessible for working mums and keen holiday goers as possible).
Weeks 1–5: Each week focuses on one of the Five Cornerstones of Sustainable Visibility. Some weeks you’ll be learning frameworks and strategy (teaching), others you’ll be coached through your own blocks (coaching), and some you’ll be implementing live with me (consultancy).
Week 6: Integration week. A deliberate pause to let the work land, refine what’s working, and reset for the next round, avoiding burnout and overwhelm.
Somatics practices, which focus on nervous system regulation, run through everything I do, which means grounding the work in nervous system regulation, embodiment and sustainable visibility. It’s what turns growth from performance into presence.

I’m an award-winning brand strategist, writer, and speaker who helps brands and founders say what they actually mean and be remembered for it.
I’ve spent 17 years shaping stories for the likes of Disney, L’Oréal, The Huffington Post, and the UN, before founding Electric Peach, a brand storytelling agency working with purpose-driven SMEs.
A journalist by training and storyteller by nature, I’m also the author of Beyond Palatable, a forthcoming book about self-expression, truth, and the power of being unapologetically you.
